Acadiana Bird Club
We are a non-profit organization that was formed to promote the health and well being of all pet & breeder birds. Our goals are the preservation of all existing bird species through public education and awareness on the proper care and breeding. The club membership is over 160 strong and is composed of bird lovers from all over the country. Our members are devoted to the health and nutrition of our feathered friends.
The Acadiana Bird Club, Inc. holds meetings every third Sunday of the month (usually - please e-mail to be sure) at the Jaycee Hall on West Congress Extension in Lafayette, La. The general meeting is from 2:00 p.m. -- 4:00 p.m. We have guest speakers then hold a question and answer forum at each meeting.
